This policy explains what happens to personal data when you visit this website. The Nook service itself (the data your building team and your tenants enter into the application) is governed by the customer agreement and its data processing agreement, not by this page.

What we collect on this website
This website has no account, no contact form and no newsletter. Two kinds of data still reach us:
- Technical data, recorded by the web server: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. These logs are what allow a website to be served, kept secure and debugged.
- What you send us yourself, if you write to the address above or call the number published on this site: your contact details and the content of your message.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To deliver the pages you request and keep the site available and secure: our legitimate interest in operating a working website (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
- To answer your message: our legitimate interest in replying to you, or the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
- For any cookie that is not strictly necessary: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR). See the cookie policy.
Who has access
Your data is accessed by the people at Ask Nestor who need it, and by the agency that hosts and maintains this website on our behalf: Hungry Nuggets, Avenue des Combattants 31, 1340 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, web@hungrynuggets.com. It acts as a processor, on our instructions, under a contract that binds it to confidentiality.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Where your data is stored
The data described on this page is stored in the European Union, on servers operated by Hungry Nuggets. The typeface and the scripts of this website are served from our own servers. The only third-party file fetched when a page is displayed is the cookie banner script supplied by TermsFeed (termsfeed.com): see the cookie policy.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: rotated every month and kept for at most twelve months, then deleted automatically.
- Messages you send us: for as long as needed to handle your request, and then for the period during which we may have to prove what was said.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your data, its rectification or its erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before.

Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), kept up to date, and access to its administration is restricted to the people who maintain it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading.
